Garment Dyeing

Industrial piece dyeing for PFD ready-to-wear garments

Garment dyeing is a dyeing process applied after the garment is cut and sewn, rather than at the fabric stage. Garments produced as PFD (Prepared for Dyeing) are suitable for this process. Reactive dyes are used to achieve high color fastness and homogeneous color distribution.

Suitable Products & Fabrics

Cotton t-shirts, trousers, dresses, sweatshirts, hoodies, outerwear and other PFD ready-to-wear garments. 100% cotton and cotton-dominant blends (min. 60% cotton) are ideal.
